This is a spiral bound manual with many photos of a gun being dismantled and large print for easy reading. The whole process requires only a minimum of tools, that most people will probably have in their home or shop. You will find that, by carefully following the instructions of this course, taking apart a 62 Winchester is a fairly easy and straight forward process. The 10th step will be some tips on reassembling your Model 62 Winchester. Each section of the dismantling process is set up by areas of the gun, and anyone interested in only a portion of the dismantling can skip directly to that step. There will be nine steps involved in the complete dismantling of the 62-A. For example, if you only need to really look at the bolt, you can proceed directly to STEP No.6. Each major section of the gun will be treated as a STEP throughout the process, thus enabling you to move among the takedown instructions for various sections of the gun. It will first outline the simple set of tools that are needed, the diagram and history of the rifles, and then go through the entire dismantling process. The slop is somewhat annoying when riding, you need to pedal quite smoothly to minimise it, but it's not too bad for light loads and it also reminds you that the trailer is there (people do forget), and the small amount of give helps when the trailer hits something (people do that). This book is illustrated with many photos and very detailed directions about how to takedown your Winchester 62 or 62A firearm. From my answer to the generic question, this spring-and-chain hitch is easy to make and very robust, although the chain will wear through eventually (3Mm IME) You do need 3 full links inside the spring to give enough flexibility, but with those the bike can fall over or you can flip the trailer round and hang the back of it over the handlebars to make it easier to lock bike+trailer. I'd go for the full kit, especially if you're building your own trailer. It looks like this: EDIT: Original image link: You can buy this kit for about $50 at places that sell Chariot stuff, or you can buy the parts separately. You have exactly no worries about the hitch coming off the bike unless the hitch arm or 'lollipop' break somehow, and even then there's a backup strap. You just mount it on your axle like a washer, hitch the trailer into the cup part, and slip in a retaining bolt.
